Captain Ishara sh’Varen

Commanding officer

Something frightened an admiral, Commander. Let's go and meet it.

Ishara sh'Varen spent eleven years in Starfleet Intelligence doing work she still won't discuss, and came back to the fleet with a prosthetic left arm and a reputation for getting impossible jobs done quietly. The Snowdon is her first starship command, and she means to make it honest work.

She is patient, dry and slow to anger, and when she does get angry, people tend to remember it. Her crew trust her completely. She trusts them almost as much, which, for Ishara, is saying a great deal.
