Proprietor, the col
It's a very old bar, Captain.
Nobody is quite sure where Kel comes from, how old Kel is, or how long Kel has been tending bars. Kel runs The Col, the Snowdon's lounge, and pours the best drinks on the edge of known space.
Kel listens more than Kel talks, and when Kel does talk, it's usually about something you haven't told anyone yet.
