Season one follows the Snowdon from her first day at the edge of the Expanse to its highest, most dangerous point. Each episode stands on its own, and together they tell one story.

    On her first day at the edge of the Shackleton Expanse, the USS Snowdon answers a distress call from a mining colony being torn apart by subspace shear. The cause is closer to home than anyone expects.

  2. Pack Ice  Episode 2, about 47 minutes. Coming [RELEASE DATE]

    Chasing the trader who sold the colony its salvage, the Snowdon is frozen solid in a field of crystallised subspace. Grell and Nandakumar have to fly a runabout through a closing maze of ice to find a way out.

  3. The Outpost  Episode 3, about 50 minutes. Coming [RELEASE DATE]

    A colony whose people were once moved off their world by treaty refuses to leave a moon that is breaking apart. Tey and Achebe disagree on whether to force them, and a Cardassian archaeologist is digging somewhere she shouldn't be.

  4. Whiteout  Episode 4, about 50 minutes. Coming [RELEASE DATE]

    The crew start forgetting: first their names, then how to do their jobs. Dr. Lavik races to find the cause as her own memories begin to slip.

    A pre-warp people have guarded something at the bottom of a vast canyon for ten thousand years. The Prime Directive says the Snowdon must stay hidden, but someone has already come down from the sky.

    A voice from the captain's past calls in an old debt, and Ishara has to face the mission that cost her an arm.

    Someone aboard the Snowdon is working for the other side, and the search for them threatens to pull the crew apart.

    A rescue mission into the Cairn, where nothing is quite as solid as it looks.

    The Expanse's oldest secret opens its doors, and the whole quadrant begins to slide towards war.
